SP25 - LSC changes to rates and fees for July 2008~Service pack 25 has now been released. This update includes:

• Crime Module: Police Station Codes (affects choices in Client Details, Setup and Billing screens); Police Station Fixed Fees; CDS6



• Family Module: Rates, Billing and Time Records screens



• Immigration Module: Rates, Billing and Time Records screens



• Civil Module: Rates, Billing and Time Records screens



• All Modules: Time Records NEW Sort function and Documents NEW sort function

New police station codes
The Legal Services Commission has issued a revised list of Police Station Codes. This includes new police stations and non-constabulary stations, as well as some amendments to the original codes.

CDS6 Version 7 July 2008
The LSC has now re-issued police station fixed fees as vat exclusive amounts. All CDS6 claims are to be reported exclusive of Vat from 1st August 2008. From August 2008, on your July 2008 claim, you will notice a change in the way your iLaw CDS6 screen is calculated and it may seem to add up to less than you were expecting.
